Hey...

Looking forward to the Washington Trip! I finally finished the exchange student survival kit book and it was helpful if a little dull.

Now going through the process of planning that whole week because I'm going to New York City to see wicked the Tuesday before we go. (which should be fun, but i'm going to be veeery tired.)

Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again... if anyone has any suggestions for things to do before March, then just im me and we'll do something!

To Germany I Go

Hi my name's Christine and i will be spending the next year and a half of my life preparing for and becoming an exchange student. I'll be going to Germany and this will be my way to let my friends at home know what's happening.

alright so now that that's out of my way, i went on the ski trip orientation on saturday and decided to try snowboarding for the first time... big mistake... my whole body is aching and i've had a constant headache for three days now... i had a lot of fun though.. went snowtubing/boarding with joe and hung out with him and shaquil (i'm almost positive that's not how it's spelled) from uzbekistan (which also may not be spelled right) which proved to be a lot of fun. everyone at the rotary is so fun. so we ended up talking until like two o clock in the morning before falling asleep. it snowed really heavily on saturday night into sunday morning so we ended up staying at the lodge much longer than we meant to... so now i'm forcing myself through 'the exchange student survival kit' which is helpful if a little dry. so now i can't wait until the washington trip, which should be a lot of fun. I also can't wait until i find out which district in germany i'll be going to... some people already found out... julia's going to siberia!  so... i hope i find out soon, although i found out that Germany is one of the later countries to return the papers regarding districts...
